Beloved mother and grandmother Ramah Lea Lindsey passed away Sunday, February 22, 2009 in her home with family present. She was a long-time member of Scott Boulevard Baptist Church where she caringly served as pianist for 35 years. She was an active bridge player and was a member of Greenbough Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray L. Lindsey. She is survived by her children, Randy and Amy Lindsey and Ed and Vicki Parker, grandchildren Les and Jennifer Lindsey Patch, Dana Lindsey, Marissa Lindsey, Lindsey Parker, Katie Parker, and Susan Parker. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. and the funeral will be Wednesday, at 2:00, both at A.S. Turner and Sons in Decatur, Ga. Graveside service will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. She will be greatly missed by friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Dekalb Humane Society or Vista Care Hospice.
