Rebecca Johnson Currie

Rebecca Johnson Currie, 75, of Ellijay and formerly of Decatur, died March 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her son, Alan Russell Currie and is survived by husband of 55 years, William T. Currie; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Robin Currie of Loganville; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Ronnie Yarborough of Winder; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Joyce Johnson of Covington and Paul and Sherry Johnson of Huntsville AL; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Mrs. Currie will be held 3 PM, Sunday, March 18, in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Interment, Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Stone Mountain. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 PM prior to the service at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
