Richard Groff Miller

Richard Groff Miller of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on May 25, 2014 in Decatur, GA. He was 80 years old. Richard was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania on September 3, 1933. His parents were Elizabeth Groff Miller and Harold Edward Miller.

Richard was employed at Atlanta Gaslight Company for 40 years stating in 1955 and retired in 1994. He was member of Druid Hills Baptist Church of Atlanta, Georgia since the 1950's and enjoyed running the public address for worships. Richard attended the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Richard is survived by his wife Margaret Pittman Miller, daughter, Dorothy Ann Miller, and son William Pittman Miller of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his sister Ann Miller King and Jim King of Winter Haven, Florida along with their children Kathy King and Karen King.

No memorial service is planned at the request of the family.
