Roger Allen Peirce

Roger Allen Peirce, age 60, of Decatur, GA passed away Sunday, May 20th, 2012. Roger was born in Montgomery, Alabama, and resided in Atlanta for the majority of his life. He is survived by his two daughters, Meredith Peirce and Rachel Murray, son-in-law Rick Murray, his sister, Mary Ellen & Arthur Reedie, sister-in-law Sondra Peirce, former wife, Debra Peirce, cousin George Peirce, nephews Brian Barker, David Barker, Edward Peirce, and Lee Peirce. He is preceded in death by parents, Laurence and Ella Peirce, and brother, Laurence "Buck" Peirce. He will always be remembered for his courage, love, and character both in the good and difficult times he faced. He will be missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Service in honor of Roger will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 24th, at Druid Hills Presbyterian Church, 1026 Ponce de Leon Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.
