Roxie Jean Vaughn Baxter, 61, of Atlanta died Thursday, August 21, 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Roxie Jessica Turner; son, Martin David Horton; granddaughter, Rosalynn Jewell Turner, all of Atlanta; brother, J.W. Timothy Vaughn, III of TN; nieces, Serena Kellum, and Kathleen Vaughn, both of Stockbridge. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, August 24 at University HeightsUnitedMethodistChurch, 1267 Balsam Dr., Decatur, GA 30033. Rev. †Donn Ann Weber will officiate. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 26 at 10:00 A.M. at WestviewCemetery.
