Ruth Harrison Mcbride

Mrs. Ruth H. McBride, 87, of Clarkston, GA died Saturday, February 13, 2010.  She was a long-time member of University Heights Methodist Church.  Mrs. McBride was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick E. McBride, and her daughter, Kay Nichols.  She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Helms of  Jonesboro; sons Mitchell McLain of Franklin, NC, Stephen McBride of Clarkston, Mark McBride of Suwanee; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; sister, Kate Johnson of Shreveport, LA.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February, 17 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Interment Melwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
