Vincent Keith Jackson

Mr. Vincent Keith Jackson of Decatur died Monday, March 9, 2009.  Mr. Jackson was born in Atlanta on September 16, 1920. He graduated from Russell High School and the University of Georgia with a degree in accounting. He received his LLB degree from the Atlanta Law School and also earned a real estate and brokers license. Mr. Jackson served in the U. S. Navy for six years during World War II. He retired from Life Insurance of Georgia. He is survived by his wife, Martha Bankstone Jackson; sons, Vincent Keith Jackson, Jr. and his wife Denise, Kenneth Brian Jackson and wife Carol, Daniel George Jackson and wife Candance; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 11 a.m.  Wednesday, March 11th. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
