Virginia Bargo

Mrs. Virginia Bargo, a longtime resident of Abingdon, died Friday, September 24, 2010 in Loganville, GA. Mrs. Bargo was a self taught artist who loved to paint. She was a member of Highlands Fellowship Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Bargo. She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Pete and Marcia Bargo; granddaughters, Lisa Ann Bargo, Nell E. Cook, Deborah C. Mason, & Mary Hanna Cook; grandson, James M. Cook; great grandsons, Jonathan Cook and Thomas Cook. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the Praise Center of Highlands Fellowship Church with Rev. Jimmy Davidson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
