Virginia Elizabeth Sims

Mrs. Virginia Lee Sims died Thursday, September 9, 2004.  She was a member of Brookhaven Baptist Church where she served on the Visiting Committee and worked with underprivileged children.  She retired from Sun Trust Bank.  Mrs. Sims is survived by her daughter, Jennie Glover of Coral Springs, FL; grandson, Scott Hutchinson and his wife, Yvonne of Margate, FL; granddaughter, Jackie Foster and her husband, Jeff of Gassaway, W. VA; and six grandchildren.  A cryptside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 13th at Westview Abbey.  Dr. Jim Coldiron will officiate. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, September 11th at A. S. Turner & Sons.
