Wade Edward Fordham

Wade Edward Fordham, Sr., age 86, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, the 25th of September, 2013. Wade was born to Hannah Day and Leonard C. Fordham in Twiggs County Georgia, and grew up in Atlanta. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Harper Fordham. He is survived by his brother, Leonard D. Fordham, a son, Wade E. Fordham, Jr., daughter, Mary Lynne Nielson and her husband Douglas, and daughter, Hannah Rebecca Perry and her husband James. He is also survived by three grandchildren, James A. Perry III, Joy Elizabeth Perry, and Catherine Hope Perry of Houston Texas. Wade graduated from Tech High School in Atlanta, and the Southern College of Pharmacy. He worked his entire career in the pharmaceutical industry, retiring from Grady Memorial Hospital. He was a World War II veteran serving in the U. S. Army.
