William Decatur Cardwell

Beloved father Bill Cardwell, 84, of Atlanta, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 10:00 am from Alzheimer's Disease. He will be sorely missed by those he left behind. He was devoted to his job and his family and was always quick with a smile. We rejoice in his reunion with his family, mother, Ella Mae, wife, Eugenia, 2nd wife, Francis and many cousins and family in heaven. He is survived by two sons, William D. Cardwell, Jr. and Timothy Van Cardwell; grandson, McLaren Cardwell; Daughter-in-law, Julie Cardwell and sister, Ann McCallum. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, April 21, 2013 from the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home in Decatur followed by a private family interment. The family will receive friends Sunday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A.S. Turner Funeral Home and Crematory.
