Xavier Charles Harris

Xavier Zay Charles Harris of Stone Mountain, GA, was born January 20, 1987 and died Saturday, February 23, 2013. In addition to attending Coralwood School and Heritage, Zavier graduated from Margaret Harris High School with honors. Xavier was baptized at 7 years old at the Union Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia and was a member of First Baptist Church of Tucker where he was an active member of the Randolph Special Education Division. He loved traveling, movies, fishing, bowling, and a variety of activities. During his travels, Xavier met Beyonce Knowles, Hermon The Munster, Billy Joel, Rolls Royce, and P. Funk-Parliament. Xavier is survived by his mother, Doretha Harris, father, Edward Harris, Sr. (Susan), brother Edward Harris, Jr., sisters, Comeletta Jenkins and Crystal Harris, grandmother, Corene Treadwell, God child, Ava Nichole Casey, second set of parents, Arthurene Davis (Charles), special friend, Ruby Pearson, best friend, Shalisa Davis, and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his step-sister, LaTasha Mapp. The Memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Tucker, 5073 Lavista Road, Tucker, GA, on Saturday, March 2 at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Randy Shepley officiating. The family will receive friends and guests from 10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary at First Baptist Church of Tucker.
