Yvette Kisil

Yevette Kisil, 71, died August 20, 2014. Born October 22, 1942, she is predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Walter Kisil, parents Henry and Edna Isabell, father and mother in-law Marfa and Ivan Kisil, brother Harvey Isabell, brother Edward Frola, nephew Joey Isabell and niece Renee Isabell-Dillon. Yevette was a devout Orthodox Christian and a communicant of St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church. Her faith and family were the center of her life. Yevette was an active volunteer at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. A life long athlete, she enjoyed skiing, tennis, golf and watching collegiate and professional sports. Yevette will be deeply missed by her daughters Lisa (Brian) Kisil-Dense, Nina (Paul) De Lucia and Tatiana (James) Matthews, grandchildren, Alexandra Dense, Anthony De Lucia, Justin Dense, Sophia De Lucia, Maximus Matthews, Luna Matthews, siblings Irene (Raymond) Christopher, Alice (Jon) Spring, Henry (Joanne) Isabell, Sonny (Ellen) Isbell, Betty Anne Schempp, Edmond (Nina) Isabell, Tom (Gail) Isabell, lots of nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church with Archimandrite, Michael Evans officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, August 22, 2014 at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church from 2-4pm and 7-9pm (Trisagion prayers at 7:30PM). Interment will be held Tuesday, August 26 at 11AM at Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Cemetery 1458 Jamesville Ave., Syracuse, NY, 13204.
