Adrian Louis Noel, 64, of Decatur, passed away on February 23, 2014 in Atlanta, GA. Adrian is survived by; son, Sly Y Noel of Richmond, VA; 2 daughters; Adrian Simone Noel-Taylor, Shilon Y. Noel; 6 grandchildren; 3 brothers; Leon Noel, Vernon Noel, Thomas Noel; sister, Garnetta Noel. He was preceded in death by father, Othello Noel, mother, Garnetta Noel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014, 4:00 pm at the A.S. Turner and Sons, Decatur, GA, family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service
