Alan Boyd Jennings

Alan Jennings, 70 of Decatur Georgia crossed into the pearly gates to be with his savior peacefully on January 30th 2026, surrounded by family. He leaves a legacy of humor, contagious laughter, great taste in music, and above all, he will be remembered for his love for Jesus, his family, and the Georgia Bulldogs. 

Born on December 8, 1955, he was preceded in death by Mavis Parks (mother) and Thomas Jennings (father). He is survived by Karen Pitts (sister) and Raleigh Pitts (brother in law); Debra Parandian (sister); Joseph Pitts (nephew); Mary and Shean Wages (niece and spouse); Roxanna and Aaron Fowler (niece and spouse); Anna Fowler (great niece); Sophie Wages (great niece); Alina Wages (great niece); and countless friends.
