Alice Roberta Ayliffe

Alice Roberta Ayliffe, 67 passed away May 26. She was born Oct 19, 1945 in Richmond, Virginia. Her family moved to Avondale Estates where she attended high school (1963 graduate) and was an alumni and graduate of North Georgia College (1967). Alice was preceded in death by her father, David Day Ayliffe and mother, Dorothy Roberta Brooks Ayliffe. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lou and Ray Nixon; sister, Carol Ann Ayliffe; sister-in-law Margaret Crews; nieces, Erin and Sarah Nixon; nephews, David and Jonathan Ayliffe; and 4 great nieces and nephews. She retired from The Coca Cola Company after years of service where she made and still has many dear friends. She was a dedicated member of Briarcliff United Methodist Church where she is well loved and appreciated for her hours of volunteer work. She was an avid dog lover and was a volunteer for Small Dog Rescue and PAWS, Atlanta. Alice has many friends from all phases of her life. She was well loved and will be sorely missed by all. There will be a memorial service at Briarcliff United Methodist Church June 1 at 2:00 pm with a reception for family and friends at 1:00 pm. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
