Antonio Lopez

Antonio Lopez, 80, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010.  He was born in Cuba on September 25, 1929.  He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.  He changed his descendants’ future forever by immigrating to the United States in 1969 to provide a better future for his family. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rosario Lopez; son, Tony Lopez; daughter, Chary Carver; granddaughters, Kristina Lopez and Amanda Lopez; and grandsons, Edwin Aragon, Fernando Aragon, and Lucas Carver.   The family will receive friends from 12 pm to 8 pm on Monday, September 6th, at A. S. Turner & Sons in Decatur.  Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Burial will immediately follow the service at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Tucker.
