Barbara Jeanette Holcombe died Sunday, September 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Holcombe. Barbara was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Loganville and worked as an inspector for 32 years at Smurfit Stone Corporation in Stone Mountain. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Davis; grandson, Brian Davis and his wife, Lori; brother, Ronnie Blackwell; and great grandsons, Cody Lecroy and Jacob Davis. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Pastor Don Richards officiating. Interment will follow in Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
