Barbara Little Burton

Mrs. Barbara Jane Little Burton, 60, of Decatur passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at her family home. Barbara was proprietor of Barbara White Interiors and Papillon Design. She was a graduate of Briarcliff High School and attended Georgia State University where she studied Art Appreciation. She was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church. Barbara is survived by her husband, Richard Burton of Decatur; sister, Dr. Joan Little of Due West, SC; and daughters, Elizabeth Okby and her husband Wally Okby and son Alexander Okby of Westfield, NJ, Melissa Perez and her husband, Louis Perez III and son Louis Perez IV of Valrico, FL, and Allison White of Atlanta, GA. Memorial services for Barbara Jane Little Burton will be held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 1, 2007 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the following organizations in Barbara's memory: The American Heart Association, The Dekalb Rape Crisis Center, The Hillsborough County Education Foundation or Project I Can. The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
