Barbara Sue Neitzel, 49, of Atlanta passed away Thursday December 13, 2012. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons at 2:00 pm Monday December 17, 2012 with Rev. Tom Kinney officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
