Betty Jane (Rice) Puckett, 90 of Scottdale, GA passed away on December 24, 2019. She was preceded in death by her son, Davey Freeman and daughter, Donna Mitchell. Survivors include her son, Wesley Freeman; daughter, Marsha Hart; 6 grandchildren; numerous great- grandchildren; brother, Donald Rice; sisters, Charlotte Roescher and Elnora Collins; and many nieces and nephews.
