Mrs. Betty Jean Skinkle of Atlanta died Monday, June 24, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Louis Skinkle. She is survived by her son, David Skinkle; her daughters, Darlene Pace and Dale Hicks; grandchildren, Melissa Clements, Carly May, Jay Clements and Kevin Hicks. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, June 28, 2013 in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Larry Burgess officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 PM Friday at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
