Mrs. Betty Louise Bagwell, 76, of Decatur passed away on February 16, 2012. She was born in Chattanooga, TN. Betty is survived by her husband of 33 years, Roy Lee Bagwell, daughter and son-in-law Charlene and Randy Bowers, son Eddie Smithey, three grandsons and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. The family will receive friends from 5:00-9:00 PM on Monday, February 20, 2012. A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
