Betty Rutledge, age 88, of Decatur, GA passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband James C. Rutledge.

She is survived by her son, James D. Rutledge; her son, John R. Rutledge and his spouse Karen; her son, Joshua P. Rutledge and his spouse Laura and stepsons Wyatt and Henry; her granddaughter, Kallie Ruth Rutledge; and her sister, Rebekah Monty Franka and her spouse Floyd.

There will be a private graveside service for the immediate family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to her beloved Operation Blessing, 977 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, VA 23463, dedicated to the service of those in need, in the name of Christ.
