Bobby J. Huntsinger, a beloved husband, father, and friend, peacefully passed away on September 1, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia. Born on September 20, 1941, in Jefferson, Georgia, Bobby dedicated his life to his family and his work as a self-employed paint contractor, a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Huntsinger, and his three cherished children: Kenneth (Danna) Huntsinger, Teresa Hewell, and Darryl (Gina) Huntsinger. Bobby has 7 surviving grandchildren, and 19 great-grand children. Bobby is survived by one surviving sister, Peggy Huntsinger-Porter.
Born to the late Ruby Mae Huntsinger, he leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and the invaluable lessons of a life lived fully and passionately.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Bobby's life on September 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM. A public Visitation will be held at AS Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory will be 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM, where loved ones will come together to share memories and honor the impact Bobby had on their lives.
Bobby's final resting place will be at Melwood Cemetery 5170 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Stone Mountain, Georgia, where he will be laid to rest. As we remember his warm spirit and unwavering dedication, we find comfort in knowing that Bobby will forever remain in our hearts.
