C. Ed Bangs, 85, of Decatur, GA died Tuesday, April 12, 2016. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Margaret Bangs; nieces, Clare Bangs and Beth Bangs; great-nephew, Joshua Bangs; great-niece, Katie Barrett and her husband, Michael; great- great-nephew, Harrison Barrett; and longtime loving friend, Jimmie Lee Kimball. Funeral service will be held Sunday, April 17th at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Dr. Richard Puckett officiating. Interment will follow at Melwood Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at 2:00 P.M. at A. S. Turner & Sons.
