Carolyn Williams Flynt

Mrs. Carolyn Williams Flynt, 95, formerly of DeKalb County, Georgia, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her daughter’s home. She was born in Ty Ty, Georgia, in 1921 to Bonnie Cook Williams and Thomas Vernon Williams. She was the wife of Edward Reid Flynt (1915-2012). She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Flynt Visne and Alice Flynt Talmage, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Clairmont Hills Baptist Church on Saturday, June 3, at 9:30 a.m., followed by her funeral services at 10:30 a.m., officiated by Rev. Larry T. Burgess.
