Catherine Elaine Adams, 67, of Doraville passed away at 3:36 p.m. on Thursday October 27, 2016 from complications that arose while in the hospital. Elaine was born Nov. 24, 1948 in Marietta GA. She was a loving and supportive wife, an unselfish and caring mother, daughter and a great sister. She is survived by Bill Adams, husband, Doraville; Mike Adams, son, Doraville; Stephanie Adams, granddaughter, Doraville; Sydney Worsham, granddaughter, Newborn; Ivy Adams, great granddaughter, Doraville; Lucille Burgess, mother, Hiawassee; Gene Burgess, brother, Hiawassee; and Susan Willis, sister, Rosamond CA.
Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 in the chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons with visitation from 4-6 at the funeral home. Reverend Larry Burgess will lead the service. A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
