Charles "Randy" Williams

Mr. Charles R. "Randy" Williams of Decatur, Georgia, died peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2013. Mr. Williams was born September 7, 1950, in Rockmart, Georgia, the fourth child of Tunney and Marie Williams. On July 24, 1970, he married Rhonda Bishop. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Rhonda Williams; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Christina Williams of Loganville; grandsons, Isaiah and Noah; sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Van Williams of Union City, Georgia, and Gayle and Louis Flynt of Cedar Bluff, Alabama; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Paulette Williams of Stockbridge, Georgia; sister-in-law, Gail Williams of Merritt Island, Florida; numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 11am, Tuesday, July 23rd, in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons, with Rev. Carol Seaton officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8 Monday evening at A. S. Turner Funeral Home and Crematory.
