Our beloved Charlotte Butler Rhodes "Nana" passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday, September 10, 2023, surrounded in love by her family.

Charlotte was born March 22, 1942, in Atlanta, GA, the daughter of Charles and Alice Butler. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly Morrow, sister Hellen Butler Darnell, and husband Durward "Dusty" Rhodes.

She is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Charles and Kipley Morrow of Suwanee, GA, grandchildren Ansley and Chase, her sister Nancy Butler Allen, her stepchildren and step grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Charlotte grew up in Decatur, GA, and graduated from Decatur High School, the Class of 1960. She was blessed with many life-long friends and loved all the special ladies in her Bridge Club.

In Charlotte's early years, she served as a Respiratory Therapist in Atlanta, and later after relocating to Florida, she worked many years and retired from the offices of education within the state government of Florida.

In retirement, Charlotte returned to Georgia to enjoy her Grandchildren. She dawned the name "Nana" and loved Ansley and Chase with all her heart.

Charlotte's love will live on in our hearts and she will be forever missed by all who were blessed to know her.
