Cheryl Dawn Fowler

Cheryl Dawn Fowler of Lawrenceville, GA passed away peacefully in the comfort of family, Thursday, November 27, 2014 after a brief illness. She was a loving daughter and sister much beloved by her family and many friends. She was born in Ripley WV the daughter of Janet Payne Butt and the late Bernard Morris. Cheryl's career included working at several high-tech electronic manufacturing companies such as Hayes Microcomputers Products, Electromagnetic Sciences and Emerson. Cheryl enjoyed people and helping others. Though she will be greatly missed, her family and those she touched will always cherish her life, the values it encompassed, and her sense of humor. Cheryl is survived by her Mother, Janet Butt of Portland TN; sister, Gail Hernly of Oswego, IL; her beloved Lady and many wonderful friends. Visitation and memorial services will be at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Decatur, GA. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 6, 2014 with memorial service following at 2:00 P.M. at the A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home chapel with Minister Michael Tolley officiating. In addition to or in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memoriam be made to American Cancer Society.
