Curtis R. Lynn, 92, of Atlanta Ga, passed away on 07/11/14. He was born to Lonnie and Fannie Lynn on 03/08/22 in Collins Ga. He later served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the 456th Anti-aircraft Artillary from 1942-45 where he met Marie Therese Barthe in occupied France. They were married in 1948 and then moved to Atlanta Ga where Curtis worked for Moncrief Heating &Air for the next 29 years as service manager. After his wife passed in 81', he then married Janie Collins-Davis in 1989 and they resided in Atlanta until her passing in 2013. He is survived by by two sons; Tommy Lynn (64) and Dan Lynn (55) also of Atlanta. Three grand children; Christopher Lynn (41), Amanda Lynn (22), and Aaron Lynn (18). Three great-grand children; Austin Wilkinson (11), Elaina Lynn (6) and Cassidy Lynn (3). In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Heart Association. Funeral services will be held Tuesday , July 15, 2014 at 2pm from the chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons. The family will receive friends Monday, July 14, 2014, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
