David J. Miller

David Jackson Miller of Atlanta, GA, age 76, passed away on February 21, 2016, after battling Parkinson's for several years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Peggy Thrailkill Miller; daughters Melissa Pratt of Snellville, GA, and Julie Weber (John) of Lilburn, GA; sister Constance Harris (Dane) of Austin, TX; and grandsons Jay Pratt, Alex Pratt, Jack Weber, Will Weber and Nick Weber.
David was born in Thomasville, GA, where he was raised, and is a graduate of Georgia Tech. He was preceded in death by his parents, William J. and A. Dean Miller, and his brother, Bill Miller.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Saturday, February 27th at A.S. Turner & Sons in Decatur. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
