Debra S. Collins, 59, of Tucker, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015. She was the owner and director of Davenport School of Dance for many years and later became a property manager in the Decatur area. Survivors include, her daughter; Lori Benoit of Atlanta, Grandchildren; Annabelle and Zoe Benoit, her mother; Jean M. Smith of Atlanta, mother-in-law; Phyllis B. Collins of Decatur, brother -in-law; Don Magnum of Woodstock, nieces and nephew; Kate, Rachel and Kyle Mangum.
