Delphine D. Podsiadlo

It is with deep sorrow we announce the death of our dear mother, Delphine Podsiadlo, who left us June 2, 2025, after 96, well lived years. Deli is proceeded in death by: her husband, Robert Podsiadlo; her parents, Edward and Elinor Damai; and her sister, Diane Winterhoff.

Deli's greatest joy was her ever growing family. She was the best mom, step-mom, Gram, and GiGi. She leaves a legacy of Susan Sawyer (Gary), Cyndi Smith (Jack), Claudia French (Dick), Kelly & Scott Willett, Beatrice & Jeff Willett, and Carrie Chesser.

Her loving stepchildren are Lynn & Nelson Rosado, Laurie & Paul Zollinger, Susan Pearson, and Lynn & Bob Podsiadlo. A grand total of 32 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren also mourn her loss. Though her death leaves a gaping hole in our hearts, we rejoice she is resting in the tender arms of our Lord.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 3PM., at A.S. Turner Funeral Home in Decatur, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital or Good Shepherd Clinic, Morrow, Georgia.
