September 4, 1955 — March 9, 2013
Mr. Dexter Alan Thrasher, 57, of Decatur passed away on Saturday March 9th, 2013. A native of Atlanta, he was active with Boy Scout Troop 13 and was a graduate of SW DeKalb High School and DeVry University. He was preceded in death by his father, Ashley, and is survived by his mother, Virginia Lee Johnson and brother, Wesley Carroll Thrasher. Graveside services will be held on Saturday March 16, 2013 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Alma, GA. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
