Donald Wilson Greene
July 19, 1932 — November 18, 2014
Mr. Donald Wilson Greene, age 82, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Donald was a graduate of Decatur High School and from Georgia State with a degree in Journalism. He loved to read and was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. An avid hunter, he was a collector of guns and knives. Mr. Greene worked for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution as an advertising salesman. He was a Christian and was a member of Briarcliff Baptist Church. Survivors include, sister-in-law; Dorothy Flournoy Greene of Madison, FL, nieces and nephews; Larry Greene, Margie G. Cline, Patricia G. Mayfield, Mary Charles Mann and Terri Trubey. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 22 at Noon at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
