Dorothy J. Sowell

Mrs. Dorothy J. Sowell of Atlanta, formerly of Spring Hill, FL and Montgomery, AL died Tuesday, July 24, 2007.  She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Stone Mountain and a retired real estate agent. Mrs. Sowell is survived by her cousins, Alice Dickinson of Marietta, and Jean Schaaf of CA; and by other cousins, other family members and friends.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 28th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Rev. Mr. Fred Sahuc will officiate.  Interment Dawn Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 3 Corporate Sq., Suite 120, Atlanta, GA  30329 or to Southwest Christian Care, 7225 Lester Rd., Union City, 30291.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
