E Anne Robinson

E. Anne Robinson, 92, a Cambridge, Massachusetts resident from 1965 to 2023 who has been active in community and cultural groups, died on November 24, 2025 in Atlanta, GA.

She was employed in retirement jobs at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and was a Senior Aide at the Cambridge Citywide Senior Center.

She was a lifetime volunteer for the Harvard University Art Museums and was affiliated for several years with the Cambridge Forum. One of her favorite joys for some years was tending toddlers in the Sunday morning nursery at Christ Church, Cambridge.

Early in her career Anne was employed in church public relations in Manhattan and Washington, D.C. In Boston she worked in promotion positions for publishers of college texts, scholarly books and publications for professionals who work with children's books and reading.

She received her B.A. and Phi Beta Kappa key from the University of Arkansas. She later took many evening courses at the New School for Social Research in New York City, Boston University, Harvard Extension and the Cambridge Center for Adult Education.

A lover of the fine arts, she summered some years in Provincetown where she pursued painting, writing, and photography.

Her early years were in the South and Southwest where she was born and raised. She is survived by family in New Hampshire, Arizona, New York, Maine, Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, Michigan, Arkansas, Tennessee, Illinois, Louisiana, California, Missouri, and Portugal.
