January 21, 1963 — March 9, 2013
Ms. Edna Denise Herston, 50, of Forest Park passed away on Saturday March 9, 2013. A native of Atlanta, she was a bartender at Dales Food and Spirits. She is survived by her daughters, Amanda Herston and Sonnie Barrette; brothers, Johnny Lackey and David Herston; sisters Elizabeth Herston and Betty Sanders; grandchildren, Samantha Denise Coppett, Alana Renee Stewart and Joshua Wayne Lanning; special friend, Gene Lanning; also surviving is her husband, David Tanner. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons at 1:00 pm Friday March 15 with Rev. Richard Poole officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends form 3:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday and Thursday at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
