Elizabeth Long, 91, of Decatur, died October 12, 2012. A homemaker, Mrs. long was a long time member of Avondale Estates First Baptist Church. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Donna Long of Columbus; step-daughter, Anita Burch and her husband, Craig, of Alpharetta; step-daughter, Lawana Shafer; step-son Darrell Long and his wife Beverly of Acworth; daughter-in-law, Angie Cash of White; 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. The funeral service for Mrs. Long will be held 2 PM, Sunday, October 14, in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. The committal will be at 5 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery near Dawsonville. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
