Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Anne possessed an adventurous spirit that led her to live in Cincinnati, London, and California before settling in Atlanta. While she held various roles throughout her career, her true calling was photography; she owned and operated a professional portrait studio for several years.
A beloved mother and grandmother, Anne will be remembered for her creative mind, her fun spirit, and her generous nature. She found great joy in art, live theater, gardening, and cats, and she never lost her appreciation for a black-and-white film or a proper English tea.
She is survived by her partner, Martin Krohne; her children, Hannah Freeman (Andrew Chow) and Alex Freeman (Anna); her grandchildren, Max and Zoe Chow; her sister, Mim Walden (Alan Seebol); her brother, John Parke; and her niece and nephew, Amy Parke and Toby Seebol.
Anne is now at peace and cancer-free. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stage 4 breast cancer research at metavivor.org.
