Ellen N. Kent

Mrs. Ellen N. Kent died Monday, May 9, 2005.  She graduated from Watts Hospital in Durham, NC as a registered nurse.  She was a member of Briarcliff Baptist Church.  She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John D. Kent of Atlanta; sons and daughters-in-law, James D. & Frances Kent of Stockbridge and Alvin & Jenny Kent of Loganville; and grandchildren, Ashley Kent, Stefanie Kent and Justin Kent.  Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at Briarcliff Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Bigger and Dr. Glen Waldrop officiating.  Interment will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
