. DeLora Foster, 86, of Lilburn, died Friday November 19, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 23rd in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home, Decatur, GA. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Georgia Eye Bank, Inc., 5605 Glenridge Drive, N.E., #250, Atlanta, GA 30342.
