Emma Lee Bryant

Mrs. Emma Lee Bryant, age 89 of Conyers, died Sunday, August 7, 2011. She was a former resident of the Christian Towers in Decatur for many years. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was a devout Christian and was a longtime member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Savannah and later of Scott Blvd. Baptist Church in Decatur. Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Ardis Bryant; parents, Lonnie and Mollie Love; and brothers, Tommy, Cecil, Jack, Harold and Hugh love. Surviving are her daughters, Dianne Lane and Penny Crouse; grandchildren, Ken (Jamie) Lane, Kim (Richard) Busse, Kevin S. Lane, Brent (Erica) Crouse and Alison (Rich) Wiegand; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Evan, Parker, Dylan, Bridgette and Carson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons on Tuesday, August 9th at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends the hour prior to the service. A graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery in Savannah, GA on Wednesday, August 10th at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the GA Baptist Children's Home in Waycross. A. S. Turner & Sons.
