Frances C. Webb

Mrs. Frances C. Webb of Decatur died, Wednesday, October 5, 2005. She was an elementary school teacher for 34 years and a member of the Decatur First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and friend. Mrs. Webb is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Carol Ann and Maurice Balshan of Atlanta, Jane E. and Darrell Simmons of Decatur, Frances Ellen and Patrick New of Loganville; her beloved cats, Tuffy and Tiger; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 15th in the chapel of the Decatur First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the church parlor. Interment will be at East Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery in LaGrange, GA at a later date. A. S. Turner & Sons
