Frances Elizabeth Howard

Frances S. Howard passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning June 12th, she was 93. Mrs. Howard was pre-deceased by her husband Lee in 2011, and is survived by her brother Carey, children Chip (Rene), Pat (Lynette) and her 5 grandchildren Trey of Washington D.C., Christie of Rochester Minnesota, Amanda of Atlanta, Nathalie and Alex of Norcross. Services are planned for Sunday June 17th at the A.S. Turner Funeral Home in Decatur Georgia; visitation begins at 3:00, services follow at 4:00. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
