Frances Horne, 87, of Atlanta, died Tuesday, July 5, 2011. She is survived by her son, Joe Horne of Atlanta. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 10, 2011, in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 prior to the service. A.S. Turner & Sons, Decatur, GA.
