Gertrude L. Linch

Gertrude L. Linch, 90, of Decatur passed away at home on April 24,2008 surrounded by her loving friends.  Gertrude retired from the Southern Company after 44 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband James Malcolm Linch. Survivors are special friend; Joyce Garmon; and special caregiver, Travina Hutchins.  Gertrude was a member and past President of the Pilot Club of Decatur. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 26th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home with Dr. Don Yarbrough and Rev. Dan Philips officiating.  Burial will follow at 2:00PM at Westview Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia. Visitation will be on Friday, April 25th from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at A. S. Turner & Sons.
