Grace Lee Brandon, 87, a loving generous woman and a faithful servant of God, died Friday, February 20, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Waymon B. Brandon and by her daughter, Marsha Brandon. Mrs. Brandon is survived by her nephew, Don Elrod and his wife Diane of Decatur, GA; niece, Yvonne Johnson and her husband, Garland of Conley, GA; cousin, Reece Brewer of Snellville, GA; four great nieces and nephews; six great-great nephews and nieces; and many friends. She was also beloved “Granny Grace” to Sandra and Jerry Sanders, Ashley and Brittany. Graveside services will be held Monday, February 23, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Fairview Memorial Gardens with Rev. Charles Barnes officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
